Suspicion of Violation
A violation has already been committed, or has been committed, or is likely to be committed (including but not limited to: harassment, theft, fraud, bribery).
Non-compliance with legal obligations arising from statutes, rules, regulations, or contracts.
Threatening the health and safety of any individual, or likely to be threatened with death
Environmental harm or potential harm that falls within the company's scope
Deliberate concealment, or potential concealment, of any of the above
